Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that pots and accessories are well-padded to prevent breakage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
